- Your supervisor cannot be a relative, close friend, or current student.
- Your supervisor must have access to a scanner and email.
- You must provide a personal email address for your supervisor.

To ensure the integrity of externally supervised exams, the following documents must be submitted to all applications for supervisor approval:

Special Notes:
- If your pastor is your supervisor, the letter can simply state that they will be supervising your exam
- If you’ve previously submitted these documents and are using the same supervisor, please indicate this on the form when asked.
External Exam Process
The table below outlines how the exam process works when using an external supervisor.

Special Notes:
- The supervisor must be able to print the exam paper(s), supervise the exam(s), and scan and email the completed work without any assistance from the student.

If they are unable to meet these requirements, you will need to organise an alternate supervisor.
