• Changes to Theology units from 2024

  There are some important changes being made to Morling's Theology units from 2024. This brief, 3 minute video explains the reason for the changes, and how it's going to work.

  Summary of the changes:

  • Two new units, TH041 and TH042, replace the four main theology units (TH001, TH002, TH103, TH104)
  • Each year there will be a level 7/8/9 Theology elective for students wanting/needing to do more than two TH units as part of their course
  • The single-unit overview TH005 will no longer be taught on campus, only online
  • TH031 (Missional Theology) will still be taught in Sydney and online
  • Transition arrangements: continuing students are encouraged to take the new units, but note there will be some exclusions in place depending on units already completed; for this reason, TH001, TH002, TH103, TH104 will be offered in online-only mode during 2024-25. Consult your course adviser soon to ensure your course plan still works.
