All Morling students (those in accredited study and whose primary College is Morling) are eligible to receive Microsoft Office 365 for free. You will require a Morling student email address to register for this offer.

Once your student email is approved, you will receive an email to your personal email address with the details for accessing your Morling student email address, and MS Office 365 Online.

For Existing Users prior to 1 Sept, 2025

If you are already using Microsoft Office (Word, etc.) through a Morling licence with your Morling email, please note that Microsoft is making changes from Tuesday, 2 September 2025. After this date, you will only have access to Office 365 online.  If this impacts your studies (for example, if you use tools like EndNote or Zotero), please submit a Student Helpdesk ticket before this date. Select “Microsoft Office 365 – Desktop solution” so we can help you maintain access to the desktop version during this semester.

Please note that this is only available to students who have already requested and activated their Office 365 account prior to 1 Sept, 2025.
