We have now included the option of a "Disruption to Studies" extension - what used to be called a Deferred Assessment (DE) - to the standard extension form for CCSC students.

A Disruption to Studies extension is for significant circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable. Typically these circumstances will have a longer impact (beyond 3 weeks).
